1. The service
Telvo is a service that answers phone and WhatsApp calls with AI, records orders and bookings, and sends messages for missed calls.
2. Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your access secure.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give the AI (menu, prices, hours) and for informing callers about the AI and recording as required by law.
3. Plans, trial and billing
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, your chosen plan is billed monthly or yearly.
Minutes used beyond your plan's limit are billed at the end of the month at your plan's rate. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for spam, fraud, unlawful content or anything that violates the rights of others.
5. Limits of the AI
The AI can make mistakes. It is not intended to give medical, legal or emergency advice. You make important decisions after reviewing the records in your panel.
6. Third-party services
WhatsApp calling depends on Meta's business verification. Telephony and messaging are also subject to the providers' own terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Telvo is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We may update them and will notify you in advance of significant changes.
